For.Rest Fermanagh is a community-rooted space dedicated to supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Now a Community Interest Company, we give back to the wider community with a growing range of services for mothers and babies, from postnatal care to hypnobirthing, birth preparation, and pregnancy support classes.

Located within Twig and Tumble Play Café in Enniskillen, our forest-inspired haven blends the calming beauty of nature with a nurturing, sensory-focused environment. Here, mothers can breathe deeply, connect, and feel truly supported, leaving each session rested, informed, and empowered.

    • Tuesdays 10.30am-11.30am 

    • Thursdays 10.30am -11.30am

    • Thursdays 12.30noon-1.30pm

    Block Booking only £40.00 for 4 weeks of classes 

    10 places per class ( 10 mothers with babies)  

    (30 spaces per month )

  • Thursday evenings 6pm- 7.30pm 

    Block Bookings Only £95.00 per Couple, Running for 4 weeks 

    ( 5x spaces for couples – 10x adults spaces in total)

  • £180.00 for 3 private one to one sessions 1 hour per session

    Access to whatsapp support up until birth and 4 weeks after birth
